This headset has great sound quality, but the microphone is so quiet that I have to yell with the mic inside my mouth in order for it to make a barely audible sound for the listener. Don't buy this headset if you are looking to use the mic.

Spent hours trying to sort out the microphone with the help of others. Still could not get it to a reasonable volume in discord. Ending up giving and and returning product. Guess it would be a decent cheap headset if you do not plan on interacting with anyone.

Very good audio quality with the drivers used in the arctis pro. However the microphone quality is horrendous. I thought it was just my model but after looking at some reviews online discovered it was all of them. I use an external mic so not a big problem but good luck if you plan on talking to someone with this headset.

Pros: They sound okay and are fit for purpose. Cons: A potato would be a better microphone. Uncomfy after long periods of wear. A proprietary cable connector means the cable can't be easily replaced. Way too expensive.
