They work but thats it

If you're expecting anything even remotely close to the Bose QC, Sony WH or Sennheiser HD ranges you'll be very disappointed. Construction and materials feel cheap (but still passable), hard ear cups and a stiff headband ruin any chance for decent levels of comfort, they obviously tried (more than others do) but the soft areas end up being mostly cosmetic in use. The wireless tech is a bit odd (proprietary with a usb-c adapter rather than Bluetooth) but works reliably on a range of devices. The real issue is the audio quality, it lacks the depth and fidelity of similarly priced non-gaming (but still wireless) headphones and makes these headphones a complete waste of money.

Doesn't charge

I bought this months ago. Ever since, I've been using it. The mic quality is good, and the sound is clear and it's very comfortable. It is a really good headset, BUT, IT DOES NOT CHARGE. It's really irritating, I have tried so many different chargers, outlets and nothing has changed. They pretty much never charge. If I'm lucky, it will randomly start charging after hours of it just sitting there. The battery life is also very poor. It's a shame, because other than that it's great for the price. BUT IT'S KINDA VITAL FOR A WIRELESS HEADSET TO CHARGE, STEELSERIES. Don't buy their products, go for a good brand.

Great sound

Sound great. I haven't tried the mic. Works well with a downloadable program from the steelseries website that shows battery charge level and equalizer adjustments, microphone settings plus other stuff which I recommend to get the most out of the headset on PC.

Excellent for virtual meetings for work

I got these because I was getting long conference calls while working from home with wired headphones, and the wires limited my mobility. These are very comfortable wireless headphones with great microphone quality that allow me to be free and move around as I need to. I especially love the breathable ear pads (not leather or leatherette), as they don't get sweaty at all. Setup was easy, installed the engine software which has lots of nice features to control the sound and how much of your own voice you hear. Very lightweight, comfy on the head, lasts for 20 hours (supposedly, but I recharge overnight). Circumaural, which was a key criteria for me, as I don't like earpads that sit on my ears. Can't comment on gaming use as I do not play games. Highly recommended!

Great wireless headset (with a few small issues)

Overall this is a great headset that does pretty much what I wanted. Wireless, light weight, comfortable, USB-C, good sound for a gaming headset, works on my Mac. It was nice that they include a USB-C to USB adapter, I thought I was going to have to buy one to use on my other PC. The only issues to know going in are 1. There is no way to determine battery level until it just starts beeping at you out of nowhere saying it's low, it lasted at least 30 mins till I plugged it in but it was pretty annoying, would be nice to know in advance to charge it up. 2. Probably the biggest issue is the wireless dongle is really wide and physically blocks the other USB-C port on my MacBook (luckily mine has another 2 on the other side) but some people might run into issues if they don't have other ports available. Overall I'm happy with it and can work around the port blocking issue. If that isn't an problem for you, its a decent buy.

SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless Gaming Headset Review

Wireless use on Switch and other platforms is flawless; Audio is surprisingly punchy and clear for the asking price; Mic is detachable with decent speech quality;

Aesthetic is bland and lifeless for the brand; No surround sound;
