A Good Competitor to the Yeti Brand

I bought this mic to use for gaming and school work. It sounds good and has enough physical adjust-ability to use for these two applications. It comes with a hardware mute button and two knobs to adjust volume of mic and pass through headphones. RGB customisation is limited to the outlined colours with red taken for mic mute. Multiple different possible sound profiles is great with single or multiple directions of audio possible. Downside is a pop filter is definitely necessary to operate the mic within close proximity so an extra 40 dollars needs to be added for it. (all mics need this though) Not a studio-head or audio expert, but for a common person, seems good as an alternative to the market flooded yeti mics.

Built like a tank

The boss bought this for me not knowing i wanted the Blue Yeti . Wow, what a pleasant surprise. Built like a tank, sounds great during my podcast and gaming. I was able to change the leds to red to match my keyboard. The great thing is that you can adjust it so the bright leds don't stay on and start getting on my nerves

Works great

I bought this for working from home, i now have so many more meetings over teams, skype and zoom. This allows me to keep my comfortable music headphones on for meetings and not swap to the clunky cheap headphones with microphone. The lights also easily show me if the mic is live or not (I have mine set to green for live and red for mute) I also set the lights to eco mode as the full lights are a bit much.

Easy set up

I bought this for meditation audio recordings and found it really easy to set up and great sound quality. Nice metal finish and stable in the desk stand. As a beginner I am using it with Audacity software and find it all really easy.

Good for Starters

The microphone in terms of audio is pretty good. If you are a gamer you won't have to worry about keyboard sounds too much and it's crisp and clear enough to put it on the board against similar microphones for this price. The one caveat that will limit the microphone is that if you want to upgrade your setup and you want a table clamped holder then it's a guess to see what works. No matter where you go to look (Stadium website, manual, JB specifications) there are no details on the microphone's measurements or weight to determine if it can fit into a desk-mounted holder. Perhaps you can find some and sort out the measurements yourself, but if you want to upgrade this with additional accessories to get the best performance you might as well go with something more well known as they have more support. Otherwise, it's a good baseline studio Microphone that is good for complacent starters but not the best for upgraders.
