I purchase this product 2 weeks ago, and it has provided me with extra confidence while I’m gardening or going on an evening walk, as I know I am connected to help immediately if I need it.

Fantastic concept, but fiddly to install the SIM, no instructions book only a handful of online FAQs, only 12 hour battery life and complex to set up. None of these match the needs of the target market of older people.

Great features, simple to use and provides of mind. The battery though took a week before it would hold a good 24 hour charge.
