I have found the head phones to be comfortable and easy to use but I have noticed some crackling occasionally when using them listening to the TV I have to admit I did read previous reviews before I bought and some people had complained of various issues but there were also good reviews

Very easy to use

I was disappointed with this product, with the price I paid I was expecting a simple set-up and crystal clear quality. Instead the headphones felt cheap, the battery was quick to discharge and the sound quality was at best 4/10. Sitting just 1.5 metres back from the TV I was getting crackling and feed back noise, and the headphones were disconnecting constantly. I would have expected better from Sony.

Look good sitting beside the TV, as a decorative feature, just wish husband would put them on I'm sure they will work fine
