Great picture. Clear with bright colours. Can easily select favourite stations. Love watching AFL on this TV

A vertical line appeared after working fine for 4 days. Called Good guys and said they would send replacement until they realised we live remote. Since then there has been very poor service. No call backs, staff that are hard to understand and still a TV with a line through it. We have had a few Sony TVs over the years the oldest was 11 years so it is really disappointing that this has happened. The service is even more disappointing. I decided to write this review after their lack of action and my repeated efforts to get the tv replaced.

Overall satisfied.

Upgrading from 40 inch. Looking for better clarity of sound & picture. Sony has delivered
