Sony FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM Review
Sony is expanding its premium G Master lens line with an f/2.8 zoom that covers an ultra-wide angle field of view. The FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM ($2,199.99) is smaller and lighter than competing lenses for SLR systems—a benefit of a mirrorless system design—while maintaining the dust- and moisture-resistant build that is a key feature of the FE lens system. It matches a premium design with top-end optics, delivering strong results both in the field and in the lab. It's an expensive lens, but backs up its price with excellent peformance, and earns our Editors' Choice.
