Hi-Fi system was very compact in size and plays very loud. Packed with features such as USB-charging while playing through bluetooth audio, CD-playback, FM Radio and even DVD playback when connected to a TV. Only drawback was the rotating knob on the front of the system only usable in controlling the volume and not FM tuning. To tune the FM radio, you'd have to use the << or >> button on the remote control and press either button umpteen times in order to tune it to the station you want, since each press only adds or subtracts 00.05 to the frequency (imagine the number of times you'd have to press the >> button if you're trying to tune from the default 88.00 frequency, all the way up to 100.30).

I have bought other items which have been absolutely great . The stereo is fabulous the sound is fantastic .

I bought this anout 3 months ago and am sadly dissapointed with it overall. The sound quality is great ,but the FM radio is useless even with the tiny whip aerial extended. The Bluetooth works well , the CD/DVD fine , but as I specifically bought it to use the radio it is not up to the usual Sony quality. The controls are sooooo slow that you think it has stopped working , and the unit itself so lightweight it moves about everytime you use a button on it .

It might have many features but I want simplicity of actions and it delivers on that

The speakers lay down so I was able to put this in the void in the tv cabinet where you would have put a DVD player. The quality of the sound is fantastic and its been so nice to simply put in an old CD or DVD. I just have to work out now how to change the picture size when watching a DVD. I highly recommend this unit.
