It's a BIG lens... not for the faint of heart. Takes great pictures. Not quite as good as a $10k lens from Canon, but not much off of it either. I highly recommend it.

Conclusions The Sigma 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports is an impressive telephoto lens. Its reach is incredible-especially when paired with an APS-C camera like the 7D Mark II-which makes it a great choice for birders and sports shooters.
Very sharp; Minimal distortion; Built like a tank; Weather-sealed design; Includes tripod collar and lens hood; Quick focus; Image stabilization system; Zoom locking mechanism; Available for multiple camera systems
Expensive; Very heavy; Relatively narrow aperture
I use this lens on both Nikon D500 and D850 bodies. The lens has a great build and is weather proof (I've had the opportunity to test that). The autofocus on these cameras is great with this lens and I could ask no more of a lens in terms of sharpness and general acutance.
Like all reviews, this lens is a beast (heavy), but built like a tank, although the feel and handling is still very nice. Focus speed is very fast given the amount of glass and weight it has to move around. It's also silent.... If you use the focus range limiter, then focus speed is even faster.
Easy to use
Over the past year or so, Sigma has been gradually updating their lens lineup to fit into one of three categories, Art, Contemporary and Sports. This super-telephoto zoom lens fits into Sigma's 'Sports' line-up of lenses that promise excellent optical quality, fast autofocus and a dust and...
Excellent sharpness; Low CA; Well built; Fast focusing; Keenly priced; Dust and moisture resistant construction; Effective stabilisation; Focuses relatively close for a 600mm lens
Zoom creeps forward when pointed downwards (without lock engaged
The Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports offers a unique and high-quality alternative to similar lenses from Canon and Nikon. Neither of those companies have a lens in their line-ups with the same focal range though - the nearest competitor is the Tamron SP 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Di VC USD, which is...
So how do we call the thing ? Sigzilla is taken so Sigsaurus maybe ? Seriously, the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS | Sports is QUITE a lens so I'd like to start the verdict with a warning.
This is the lens I decided to purchase, after having tried Nikon's new 200-500. There is a lot to like, not least its fast focusing (which you can set to even faster if you need it, or slower, more precise if you want that instead.
Lovely sharpness; fast focusing; water-resistant
Weight; and the fact that the weigh moves forward as you zoom out
Ordered this at 11:00 Sunday and took delivery at 14:00 Monday, great service from WEX. Did an all day bird shoot on Tuesday, the lens performed very well. Liked the quality feel. Focused very quickly and accurately on my Canon 6D.
Durable; Quick Focus; Sharp Focus; Strong Construction
Heavy
Amazing lense, now gettting fantastic photos of wildlife with amazing detail, even with an entry level Dslr D3400, build quality is great, made of aluminium, it is heavy compared to most lenses but its robust enough to take a knock and not be damaged, Bought the lens as it had won several tests...
