Our old microwave died about 2 weeks ago, ordered this one online and very happy with the purchase. It’s powerful yet quiet, easy to operate and looks sleek!

It works well, the sensor cooking programs work surprisingly well; brown rice perfectly cooked, cook whole sweet potatoes with one button, the reheat plate heats all the way through. The display light is very bright though, if you have an open plan kitchen living situation it may be too bright.

Bought the unit 18 months ago and the turntable motor has packed it in. Our previous model of this brand lasted almost 8 years with light daily use. Disappointing, 12 month warranty.

I purely brought it for appearance. 2 units burnt out, since 2012. 5 minutes a day use. It has a lot of options however, none of them work as well as expected.

Bought two weeks ago and has stopped working after minimal daily use. Plenty of features and looks good but of no use when the product is so flawed.
