Packed with smarts and high-end features, these great-looking over-ear cans are made from high-end materials and are worth considering based on the design alone. The sound is great, too, although the boomy bass won't be to everyone's tastes and the competition from Bose and Sony is now tougher than...
Stylish looks and comfortable fit, Battery life lives up to 17-hour promises, Unfold and fold to switch on and off, Varying degrees of noise-cancelling/audio transparency
Auto-pause function is too sensitive, Battery still not quite as epic as competitors, Bass is a little boomy, Not the cheapest noise-cancelling cans
Sennheiser just released their new Momentum headphones, which are wireless and noise cancelling. I absolutely loved the Momentum 2 headphones! I was super excited to give these a listen to see how they improved. So are these worth an upgrade from the Momentum 2, and how do they sound?
“Sennheiser's latest flagship wireless headphones are better than ever.”
Sennheiser's Momentum Wireless prove to be a knockout combination of reasonably effective noise-cancelling, luxurious build and epic sound quality. They're perhaps not the best noise-cancelling headphones out there, but in terms of sound quality, they prove to be an irresistible pair of headphones.
Rapid, forceful and detailed sound; Fit comfortably; Look and feel the money’s-worth;
Quite big; Others cancel noise even more effectively;
Decent for commuting. These headphones are quite comfortable and have a decent noise isolation performance. They also do a great job at blocking out bass frequencies like the rumbling of a bus engine.
Comfortable and very well-built design., Good audio reproduction., Good noise isolation performance.
Leaky at high volumes., Bulky design.
I dont know where these expert reviewers are coming from as i purchased these headphones a couple of weeks ago and Bose and Sony simply dont compare. The price is extreme and battery usage could be better but sound quality is atleast twice as good as competitors.
The Sennheiser Momentum Wireless 3 is clearly the best headphones you can invest in for a high-end lean back audio experience....
Let me get this out of the way; I'm not an audiophile. Granted, I really love good audio. I do have a pretty good ear and I really enjoy music. However, I don't believe that there are a lot of objective ways to test headphones.
High quality construction, Great, balanced audio, Excellent fit and finish, Elegant looks and feel, Super comfortable, Works well with Android devices, Multi-modes of noise cancellation (Max, Anti Wind, Anti Pressure), Equalizer through app saves to headphones (not just through software), Tile...
Noise cancellation modes require use of app (can’t be switched directly through hardware)
The Sennheiser MOMENTUM 3 Wireless headphones build upon the Momentum line while retaining the same grade-A build quality and style. Connection quality is excellent in part due to the Bluetooth 5.0 firmware and an array of high-quality Bluetooth codec support.
