About a month ago I purchased one of these SSDs to replace a normal disk drive in an ASUS X550C Laptop. So far I have been impressed with the vastly superior boot and access times displayed -- almost lightning fast. Only passage of a few years will tell what it is like long-term for stability of storage medium, but it should surpass that of the earlier generations of SSDs and be pretty much equal to that of the normal disks which also fail after 10 years or so.
