Insanely fast for a hard drive. Just what you expect of an enterprise class drive, and significantly cheaper than competition. The only thing I do not like about this drive is that it is a bit noisy - not so much too loud, as the quality of the click noises is annoying and penetrating.

It's a hard drive and it does what hard drives should. It stores stuff. A lot of it.

With two of these disks in a RAID-0 StripeSet configuration, I have created a single 29.1TB NTFS drive, which is ideal for media sharing to all the devices around the home.
