Dudes that delivered the tb were rough with the tv thus it has a defective screen.

Great picture, easy set up, good sound. Very happy.

I ordered the TV specifying that it be delivered to the upstairs of a double story home. The sales guy checked with the delivery team and said that it could be done but would cost me an extra $10 for delivery. So I paid for the TV plus delivery fee and the extra $10 and was looking forward to watch a large screen TV at home. However on the delivery date, the delivery team refused to take the TV upstairs and just dumped it downstairs and left. To cut a long story short, the TV was returned back to the store. I was given a refund minus the $55 delivery fee as the delivery team was already paid the $55. So I am not happy at all with this purchase. The sales people were nice enough but the delivery team was plain bad. They should had said they would not deliver to upstairs from the beginning. I can't really review the TV itself as I don't have it!
