We bought it because the Samsung M3820DW combined with Wal-Mart's high capacity 3rd party cartridge (10,000 pages) for $80 gives it the lowest cost per page of any of the medium duty cycle high print quality printers I could find.

This review is for the Samsung M3820DW (and the M3320ND) with some general comments about Samsung printers at the end. After some recent disappointments with HP printers I decided to try another manufacturer. My first HP printer lasted me 15 years; that wasn't the case with my last two.

Works great, fast, no problems setting up or printing; Double sided printing works perfectly

None; but be aware the initial toner cartridge lasts about 1200 sheets

Bought the printer new off amazon and had a horrible time getting the wifi to work. Called samsung and the guy couldn't get off the phone fast enough. He didn't even want to donfirm it worked, just told me to download driver. I was like "no really?" don't you think that is the first thing I tried.

Can't change refill toner powder. Need to take from samsung which is overall expensive. advice: Don't bye.
