The Samsung digital doorlock was installed two weeks ago. The features are many and not difficult to activate. A voice guide assisted with the set-up, which was fantastic and easy to follow. Now I can unlock the door for visitors with ease from my smartphone. Thank you Samsung!

I bought this without any hassle. There are lots of information from DDL regarding installation and the products. I also emailed DDL and they were very helpful with any enquries. Regarding the product itself, its amazing! I can get notifications regarding who comes in and goes. I can set temporary pins for guests. I can remotely open the door for post or parcels. It is definitely SMART!

Bought a lock from JB and installation was easy and features was very good. But unfortunately there was some mechanical problem and returned to JB and they immediately and happily replaced the Lock with a New One. Also I spoke to the Samsung support and they sent me details to fix the issue and they even followed up on the matter to make sure I was looked after
