Operates with cool screen unlike the Plasma unit I recently had

Beautiful TV. Looks really nice and the picture quality and sound quality is fantastic. We absolutely love it and highly recommend it.

Great picture and easy connections to devices The remote is not user friendly, especially for using the pointer. It is not easy to select areas of the internet. The pointer arrow is either sluggish or very fast, so hard to navigate. Hope there will be an update.
