Bought a New TV to replace the 5 month old one that stopped working. Had to pay an extra $1089 for the privilege for the same TV. Still trying to get samsung to reimburse the difference. Good guys should have a contact that they can engage with from samsung when these issues occur. No support between the two companies. Not a partnership that is worth stocking the product. Now I have issues with the replacement TV!m two weeks after getting it.
