Difficult software to use. Scrolling up or down tv channels far from smooth. Voice command on remote control, in my case, leads me to Alexa from Mr Bezos. I haven't yet worked out how to use voice commands without Alexa telling me from my kitchen speaker that my TV set is not connected to her. How to free my Samsung tv voice commands from Alexa and Bezos, any advice?

Amazing picture and easy to navigate.

The remote is so different to previous remotes but even as an older person I have managed to work most things out eventually. The only thing is the sound. Wherever I touch in that area it goes onto the next channel and back again. Instructions say it alters itself but sometimes it needs to be louder or quieter. Luckily, I can still do this via the remote for the DVD player. I have managed to connect my laptop, tablet and mobile phone to the TV. I am pleased to have bought it and I definitely recommend it to others.
