Unfortunately my choice was bad. If I had bothered to read the review on Samsung's own site (https://www.samsung.com/au/audio-devices/soundbar/q600b-black-hw-q600b-xy/) I would not have bought it. It worked at first, then the sound started dropping out until finally it fell completely silent. In seeking some remedy I came across the adverse reviews mentioned above. I returned it to the Good Guys Frankston. Cameron checked the returned soundbar and he found he could not get a peep out of it either. A replacement was arrangeda JBL BAR 5.1 SURROUNDand it now throbs out the sound with a ton of bass from its serious subwoofer (unlike the puny Samsung effort which we only had to put up with for a very short time!). The professionalism of Cameron in treating us with respect and easily finding a solution made the whole experience a joy. It was fantastic to find there really are some geniunely good guys employed by the company with the same name.
