Far too complicated and watch face too small for an older person to use

Initially I was pleased with us birthday investment but in subsequent weeks have found it disappointing due to the small touch screen being difficult to operate the complex menus with old fingers. Unable to get watch on all the time which I want. Sync is unpredictable with Huawei P20 phone.

Purchased from 'ONLY BRANDED', the device was released in Romania, and as a result lacks Samsung Pay, the only reason I upgraded from my gear S2! The device itself is stunning, but do not buy from this seller as you'll be disappointed if you're seeking all the features.

Beautiful yes, resilient Not even a little

I brought this as soon as it came out. Just months later the screen was cracked while I was swimming without me feeling any impact. Cost to fix the screen Almost $300. I expected more from a sports watch and better service from Samsung in terms of seeing this right.

Nice watch, but poor sleep tracker

First off I quite like the watch for its smart watch capabilities. That being said, one of the main reasons i purchased it was for its sleep tracking and Unfortunately this does not seem to be working as well as expected.

Galaxy Watch Active review: One step forward, two steps back

In some ways, the new Samsung’s Galaxy Watch Active is the company’s most radical smartwatch in quite a while. In others, it feels like one of their safest bets yet. Yet, in the moments when it all comes together, the Galaxy Watch Active feels like the smartwatch I’ve been wanting Samsung to make for years now.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active does more with less but, at the end of the day, you’re still left with less.

Great aesthetics; Cheaper price-point;

Battery life; No rotating bezel;

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active review: less fun but still a good time

Samsung's latest smartwatch drops the rotating bezel, but it gets most basics right

Comfortable; lightweight design; Reliable battery life; Good fitness-tracking features

Bixby is a poor voice assistant; Clumsy to use with non-Samsung phones; Fewer third-party apps than other smartwatches

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active

While the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active doesn't have any breakthrough features that set it apart from the Apple Watch or the Fitbit Versa, it costs significantly less than the Apple Watch and is arguably more attractive than the Versa.

Lightweight, stylish design; Lots of functionality for the price

Thick, stationary bezel; Shorter battery life than Galaxy Watch

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active

The Galaxy Watch Active ( $200 at Amazon ) is the sportier, slimmer sibling of Samsung's flagship Galaxy Watch ( $266 at Amazon ) from 2018. It's a lighter version of the watch in every sense of the word, with a noticeably thinner body and a slightly smaller screen that comes in only one size with...

The Galaxy Watch Active's lightweight and simple design make it better for working out and wearing to bed than previous models; It packs in health and fitness features at a lower price than its competitors and works on both Android and iOS

It's missing the rotating bezel we loved on previous Samsung watches and comes in only one size with no LTE option; The blood-pressure monitoring is half baked at best; Samsung's Health app doesn't make it easy to locate all your data

Do not use in water

Got this watch in April, used in in the sea and it stopped working, samsung wants to charge £269 to fix it, more than a new one!!!! They said you can only use it in freshwater which it does not say this anywhere. Was used in a pool ands no problems. Do not buy this if you want to dip it in water.
