Very happy with the look and function of the watch. Samsung going Wear OS was the right move and something I'd been hoping they would do for a while. The choice of useful apps is great. The UI slick and simple to get used to. Looking forward to them releasing Google assistant and ECG functionality in AU (as of late Sept 2021 they haven't). To start with I thought the smaller battery in this version was going to be a problem. On the first wear I only got 6 hours from 100% to dead but the battery has improved a lot since first use and will easily go 20 to 26 hours now. Not sure if that's normal behaviour for the batfery or if thr drain was due to setup and increased use.

Had to turn oxygen detection of in sleep mode or it would be dead flat in the morning. Very disappointed, so now it is virtually a watch and step tracker, using anything else drains the battery.

Comfortable fit and works smoothly. A big improvement on the Galaxy Active watch. Tracks workouts far better than before. The ability to change to so many different watch faces is a fun element!! My only issue is not being able to use the LTE element as my phone is Google Pixel, but this is a manufacturer limitation and doesn't impact the phones usage.

Most of my purchases recently have been Samsung eg: Galaxy S21 Ultra TVs etc and I love them. I purchased this Galaxy watch 4 enthusiastically, with the promise of two days or more battery life. My watch is limited to basic functions only and today, I got 8 hours of battery. Very disappointed and about to visit JB for a fix.

I got my watch th day of release, im in love. Its super easy to use and navagate. Linked to my phone easy as, custom display options, tracks and monitors loads of workouts, meal, water intake and much more. I love being able to text and accept and make calls on it without having my phone near by. Havent found a fault.

Still a lot of features yet to come, Doesn’t work with iPhone, Bixby is a mess, If you’re set with Apple: The Galaxy Watch 4 has zero functionality with Apple’s ecosystem, so if you’re an iPhone user then it’s better to steer clear.
