I had the first Galaxy watch and used it with my S9+. Now I have the Galaxy note 20 ultra and wanted The Galaxy Watch 3 to go with it. The watch has a lot of improvements. I went for the bronze 41mm so that it was not as bulky as the larger one.

Very disappointing for several reasons: Poor battery life. Can't use Google pay, locked-in to samsung pay which supports none of my 3 UK banks. Laggy+clunky UI - either down to underperforming hardware or buggy OS HR monitor is laughably inaccurate compared to manual check and the watch's own ECG - showed almost double the rate on the continuous HR monitor compared to the ECG. sO2, Blood pressure, and ECG cannot be used on the move, meaning they're useless for any sort of training analysis. Spotify app is unusable, even when tracks are eventually downloaded, app constantly glitches, interrupting play. Returning for a full refund, might try a samsung watch again in a few years but for now it's simply not a good product. Exterior design is nice though, if a little chunky.

I was using a Galaxy Active and decided to upgrade to the Galaxy 3, but it feels like a downgrade. This watch is insanely bulky and way thicker than I ever expected. For how large it is I expected it to be a really smooth experience, but it's actually less responsive and laggier than my old Galaxy...

I don't miss calls messages or emails, health features are great, it looks amazing

Bought it so i don't have to worry if i have a fall when im on my own. That and the other features like being able to text is much better than i expected

To be fair it’s a decent watch, not massively improved over the previous version, but better colour selections in the smaller size as not all women want the rose gold.

I wasn’t made aware that the watch would require a separate contract to work with the 4G, I thought it “shared@ the mobile contract and nowhere did I see on the website that to get full functionality I’d have to purchase another contract to run alongside my other, if I’d have known this I’d have...

I bought this for my wife to replace the Gear 2 watch which died. She had been using it primarily to keep track of her exercises and this new watch allows her to maintain her health regime during the pandemic, while adding new and improved features. The design is quite masculine and while she likes the look of Active 2 which is a natural fit for her (and would have been cheaper) it lacks a bezel. We did the next best thing and got her a silicone strap which softens the look. She loves it.
