Does the Galaxy S20 still provide a top experience, or is it now an afterthought in the wake of the S20 Plus and S20 Ultra?...
I just figured out that it is impossible to uninstall the Facebook App on this Samsung phone. It can be disabled, but that begs the question of just why it cannot be uninstalled. I will not buy another Samsung phone that has Facebook preinstalled and I would not recommend it for that reason.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 isn’t the most cutting-edge of Samsung’s S20 lineup – that honor goes to the Galaxy S20 Ultra – but it’s still a powerful phone with an ergonomic and attractive design, and the introduction of new features like 5G, the 120Hz display and upgraded rear cameras make it an...
A truly fantastic display, Strong camera performance, Lots of power and 5G-ready
Price is higher, especially for 5G, Erratic fingerprint scanner, Doesn’t support all 5G networks
For most people, the Samsung Galaxy S20 is still one of the best Android phone available right now. Especially with the cheaper prices around. However, I would seriously consider the Galaxy S20 FE which has a Snapdragon 865 and better battery life, along with superior performance. There's also the OnePlus 8T which has a similarly ace display and the Pixel 5 if you're looking for something even smaller.
Lovely screen; A perfect size; Huge camera improvements over the S10;
The fingerprint scanner is poor; 120Hz refresh rate drains battery; It looks just like every other Samsung phone;
A few years ago I switched up and was displeased with the memory and compatibility. Now that I am back with the S series, I have not missed a beat. It is compatible with my work email and other items I used on a day to day basis. I am glad I made the purchase, it is worth it.
Galaxy S20 may not reinvent the wheel for Samsung and some may be disappointed with the fairly run-of-the-mill ...
This phone is fantastic for the average to heavy user. 8GB Ram, Snapdragon's newest chipset, incredible screen, good battery, great bluetooth. I'm a heavy user, lots of YouTube, Audible, Pandora, some games, lots of photos and videos with editing, TONS of video calls for work.
The Galaxy S20 offers almost anything you could want from a phone then goes a little further, but it’ll cost you.
Samsung Galaxy S20: Haven’t you heard? 20 is the new 11 – the basic Galaxy S20 is Samsung’s best-value flagship yet
Cheaper, but just as formidable, Camera is impressive, 120Hz is buttery smooth
Unnecessary design changes, Camera lacks 100x ‘Space Zoom’, 120Hz setting considerably reduces battery life
“The Galaxy S20 may be the smallest S20, but it's not quite small enough to be a compact flagship phone.”
