I recommend to use hard mouse pad like Roccat Sota, SteelSeries 4HD/9HD, and any other hard mouse pad.

This mouse is comfortable with my middle size hand; The DPI is enough for gaming; I don't need to use windows mouse acceleration

My cursor will go to the edge of my screen when I circling around the screen; Don't use cloth mouse pads

The Kone Pure Optical is one of the most comfortable mice I have ever used till this date. It feels very premium and is made of quality internals without compromising in any department.

The feel of the mouse in the hand is very comfortable, with extended periods of gaming offering no issues with comfort. All the main buttons were easy to reach (apart from that button in front of the mouse wheel) and I never felt the mouse was at risk of shifting in my hand even in the most intense...

I wanted a high end gaming mouse for typical computer use, and this is perfect. It's smooth, light, fits well into my small hand finger style grip and when I do play games, it's flawless.

Roccat's Kone Pure Owl-Eye can be considered a revamped Kone Optical or Military, using an updated PixArt 3361 sensor and more compact dimensions. This $70 mouse is also lighter and delivers outstanding precision and tracking performance.

I talked about precision in the introduction of this review in different areas; mainly how important and valuable it actually is, and this definitely applies to how important the sensor of a mouse is. The ROCCAT Kone EMP claims unrelenting precision with its Owl-Eye sensor.

This one was a bit of an emergency purchase for me, so I was taking a bit of a risk as I hadn't even heard of the brand before (though as I ran across this in researching I could see they aren't really a new brand by any means.

LED colour accuracy is poor but this is not really an issue as you can just change the colour value to get the desired colour; Cable likes to keep its shape

it is a good mouse and i own the military edition already. This mouse has a better sensor than the military edition. It uses the roccat swarm software. It is pretty much the same shape as the military edition. Loved the mouse and only have one complaint that is a deal breaker for me.
