I bought this item after buying another one, less expensive (which after 3 week of use, just broke down). I was expecting so much about it, since I had a straightener (avocado oil) which lasted for 8 years, this one was a little bit expensive but I didn't care. After 1 week of being using it, I find that I hate it. My hair smells like burnt and it's spongy. I thought you had the same quality as 8 years ago, but clearly you don't.

I have used Remington straighteners for the last 15 years & always loved them. However this is the worst one I have ever used! It pulls my hair as it gets stuck in the gaps at either end of the plates. Also the outside of it heats up too hot & if you touch your forehead or ear it burns like crazy. This is the second 1 of this exact model I have used & they must of change the design as the last one was great. So disappointing!

I'm not only happy I'm loving with it .after waste lots of money on dafni product and totally disappointed I switched to Remington hair starigtner and drayer it's best affordable price and the best thing is Remington has no compromise n quility .Thank you so much for design excellent quility product for now and ever Its best choice to buy.

I cannot believe how wonderful this tool is. I straightened my hair on a Saturday night, went to bed and on Monday morning my hair still looked exactly the same, fantastic!! My hair felt so soft and nurtured, this felt so light in my hands I straightened my mid length hair in no time and it was super quick.

I have quite defined curly hair and I have used this multiple times. Every result is a disaster. My hair turns out very puffy and not silky and smooth like a hair straightener should do. Plus this heats up way too fast causing burns to my neck and face. I don't recommend this product
