Soooo being a Nana, I ordered the same product from PB tech as my grandson already had. Xmas day, it became clear to this nana. For the first time ever, I braved the Boxing Day sales. PBT were amazing. I swapped my incorrect purchase with the right one with absolutely no fuss. The team were amazing and made it so easy!

I have been using this headset for about three weeks now and I love it. Its comfortable, has good sound and a long cable which is great for keeping cables tidy. The only thing I don't like is how big the speakers are.

I bought this headset about 4-5 months ago and honestly, I thought it would die very quickly like some of the other headsets I have tried before. But this one was the perfect one for me, because of the fact that it doesn't get worn out and also I can wear it comfortably for long periods of time while doing homework, listening to music or gaming. These headphones are amazing I got them for my partner and she loves them they sound amazing and also have a super comfy fit the mic also sounds great. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone
