I bought this about 1 week ago and every person I speak to say the same thing, "you sound extremely far away" or "all I hear is background noise". It is VERY annoying to constantly have to repeat yourself or make adjustments to your body or sound of your voice in order for someone to hear you.

Good all round unit. Stays on when working and very good battery life.

Plantronics Voyager headsets have had excellent voice quality for years. If you have a previous Voyager model like the amazing Legend, you don't need to replace it with the 5200.

I love this unit. Most of the time I forget I'm even wearing it. Had an issue with my first one and they replaced it no problems. I periodically get prompted to update the firmware but keep getting an error message when I try but it says I'm updated to the latest number when I check

I use my Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC with Dragon Individual Professional voice recognition. As an enthusiastic user of Dragon over many years I have use a number of different types of microphone. My new Plantronics is way ahead of all the others. Brilliant!

When it works it's great, sound quality and all. The problem is it continually disconnects and reconnects sometimes you just miss a few words sometimes you have to turn it off and back on, and sometimes the call drops......

i've had several bluetooths over the last couple years and none compare to this one! nobody ever complains about not being able to hear me. and it's very comfortable to wear. i definately recomend it!

I am mostly a reader, rarely do I write a review. But I think the quality I am enjoying after using a handful of bluetooth headsets compelled me to write this review. If you know all the features and know how to use it it, this is an excellent piece of hardware.

I've had problems recently with my (2) different Bluetooth headphone devices- dropouts at important moment and connectivity issues.
