I had a similar model, that i received used, when I started my job. It lasted about 3 years of everyday use. I was not always the nicest to them. The cord has been slammed into the drawer countless times, they were thrown at my desk after a bad call, theyve fallen a lot, and they always worked well.

Headset is ok - but you need an adapter to get it to work with a computer.

Headset is a little heavy and pulls on the ear while you wear it. Adjustment of the headset doesn't really help alleviate that. It does have a good mic. Sound quality is very good.

I bought a few of those headsets for my company based on Plantronics customer service representative recommendation. We received the order on time and the staff is very pleased with it. I couldn't ask for more.

The headphones work well as far as hearing and speaking. Adjustability of the microphone and headset works well. The issue is the swivel socket above the earpiece is weak. There are two very small screws at this point and the plastic is very thin and it cracked in the first two months.
