I'm glad Plantronics is still making bluetooth headsets as they seem to be getting more and more rare these days (many other manufacturers are focused on making truly wireless buds for music instead, and unfortunately a lot of them are not great for calls) My Explorer 500 works as expected.

I've used plantronics for years. This is their latest in a great product line which includes the M 155 and the M 165. Great sound quality and also for those listening to you. If your looking for a small descreet well finished in ear headset this is it.

Overall quality is good...its been few months I am using it... good voice clarity... easy to use... but voice commands don't work... and the white textured fascia is made of rubber... it just keep soaking colors from surrounding... and now it is stained... so better you buy the grey colored...

I am very satisfied with this bluetooth, but I have to change it every 6 months, because the plastic cover of the button snaps out. I am good for the first year (warranty-replace), but after that period, I will be out of luck.

Due to the nature of my work (running a family business) I go through quite a few sets annually, I have tried no less than 5 sets of different makes, this one beats all, pairs easily, talk time is 11 hours, charges in no time, notification of when it is on/off, receiving/making a call are clearly...

Voice calls are nice and clear. It fits well in small/medium ears (tested) with no issues and it charges quite quickly. Overall, it's a very nice headset for a good price. Some Plantronics headsets have some issue, but this has been fantastic.

I bought this as i spend so much time on the phone (at desk and driving) so i really need to be able to go through documents while also talking. The ease and sound quality of this is amazing. The rubber thing makes it fit into my ear so easily and doesnt get sore.

Worked for 1 month before the speaker died. Now I can hear people but they can't hear me. Useless.

Excellent product.. Light weight and user friendly. Highly recommended. Fast connection time. and quick access. I love it and huge battery backup.

I regret discarding the packaging for this headset. "Breach of warranty of fitness for a particular purpose" is the phrase that comes to mind for the Explorer 500 Mobile Bluetooth Headset.
