Extremely upset that when I researched product after purchasing that the recommended retail for this item is $149 and your advertised reduced price was terribly over inflated at $249. Feel like making a formal complaint to Myer

Very poor cutting. Feels like no shave has happened and end result is that I have to keep shaving and still have a beard Gud

I did not know you have to take off the shave head to use the trimmer. It feels light when I use it, not a solid feel when shaving. I like the look of it but not happy, I still like my old one better.
