I bought this product and after a few uses the webbing over the hose came away from the steamer head. I thought this might be a issue with just this machine so I swapped it for a new one. The same thing has happened to the second one which makes the hose quite hot to touch but wouldn’t burn you. I’m very satisfied with the overall results, ease of use I the time and energy I save using this machine but this fault needs to be fixed. Not sure what I should do, might put tape over the problem but would prefer a new one which doesn’t have this problem.

This is a good product with one shortcoming. The steam head easy comes out of the holder and may be damaged should it fall on the floor. This is unlikely to occur during use but may when moving/storing the unit.

The product is well made and works really well and very easy to use with the large head making it so easy to do a dress in a couple of minutes with perfect results every time
