Good Guys failed the installation
This product can't be reviewed because the installation which was purchased with it, was not organised as contracted by Good Guys. After purchasing the product with an install package that specified delivery and installation dates, GG staff failed to coordinate with the nominated contractor to carry out the work. After repeated phone calls to query the lack of a home services booking confirming installation, GG staff advised on multiple occasions the installation would go ahead as planned. Of course, nothing happened on the allocated day and the unit is not operational a month after purchase. Of particular concern was the misleading information provided by GG staff (within the national team) on several occasions about the status of the planned installation. When contact was made with the local store, staff were found to be helpful and provided reliable information. Ultimately it has been a frustrating experience dealing with Good Guys!
