The wall unit is small but powerful. My only criticism is that to get the unit connected to my wifi took a bit of fiddling and a needle. The needle is to press the wifi button which is like a sim slot on a phone. Small and difficult to press while holding the remote.

Quick to cool the room , operates quietly, remote control is simple to use, but can be connected through phone to operate while absent from home. A powerful model which should give years of reliable service. Not affected by extreme humid conditions outdoors.

This product can't be reviewed because the installation which was purchased with it, was not organised as contracted by Good Guys. After purchasing the product with an install package that specified delivery and installation dates, GG staff failed to coordinate with the nominated contractor to carry out the work. After repeated phone calls to query the lack of a home services booking confirming installation, GG staff advised on multiple occasions the installation would go ahead as planned. Of course, nothing happened on the allocated day and the unit is not operational a month after purchase. Of particular concern was the misleading information provided by GG staff (within the national team) on several occasions about the status of the planned installation. When contact was made with the local store, staff were found to be helpful and provided reliable information. Ultimately it has been a frustrating experience dealing with Good Guys!

Havent used aircon yet but heater is great. Effectively heats very large open plan area. Love the Wi-Fi feature for turning on away from home and controlling unit via mobile phone!
