I bought this chair basically on a whim - long story short for its price point I have no regrets. There are creaks, my elbow rests are misaligned for no good reason, but apart from that, it's aesthetically pleasing and relatively ergonomic. A bit finnicky to set up, but nothing a few good swear words will sort. The seat padding was stiff for the first ~2 weeks, but it's definitely got more give and is comfortable for long periods of time. The cushion by the neck is semi-adjustable and is good for handling the natural "gamer lean". The lower back cushion is a nice addition too. Chair works like a chair, fairly comfortable etc. It is quite hard/firm which some people might not like. The chair however was missing 4 bolts for the arm rests, and one screw for the cover of the lean back hinge for one side. Which for a 300 odd dollar chair is pretty rubbish to happen. PB tech so far have not replied to emails, or phone calls to try remedy. My next purchases will be through computer lounge as they reply at the drop of a hat.

Usage - 8+ months Pros: - Looks nice Cons: - First chair I ordered developed a crack in armrest without damaging/dropping it etc. PBTech was great at replacing it with another one - But the second chair did not come with enough the screws and bolts for the armrest... I did not bother to return the second time because of too much hastle in packing and taking it to the store etc. I don't use the armrest much anyways (armrest seemed too tall) - I am 168cm and using this for 8+ months. It is not a very comfortable chair. I have to get up and stretch a few times. - Backrest hinge is noisy

Needed to upgrade my home office chair which was the dining room chair. Really enjoy the back cushion, I'm on the shorter side so the head cushion is a little too high for me. Overall, for the price and all the specs, well worth the purchase :) very happy!
