Bought this chair over 8 months ago, because of covid I only got it 6 months ago, every other week i would have to tighten the screws the hold the back up because they would come loose and the chair would become floppy, now i find out that the welds inside the back of the chair have snapped, serious issue amoung other small problems.

I bought this chairs after I compared lots chairs from other shops, and this is the definitely the best choice for me. It is easy to assemble and so comfortable! It is only half price of other brands! Thanks OneX. Very happy

I bought few chairs previous for my friends from JB and they all very reliable. Great finished and support for the neck and back. The fixed arm rest is what I preferred.

This chair is perfect, I have a bad back and find this really helps with support. Very comfortable considering I have to sit in it all day
