Heats up very quickly and looks great in the kitchen.

Installation was smooth as it fit perfectly into where we had our Chef Ceramic Cooktop for 22 years. It is easy to use even though the Boost function takes a couple of practice runs. Once mastered it ensures that the hotplate is on permanently until the water etc boils. then it cycles. Without the Boost function enabled it cycles on and off - so a bit slower but does the job just as good. The Schott Ceramic Glass top is very good and does not scratch like one person reported. We have the Hills product to clean the glass top after every spill to keep it looking like new. The touch controls are very responsive and with no control knobs - cleaning the Ceramic Cooktop is very easy. Severe spills we use a razor blade scraper, then finish the clean with the Hills product we get from Bunnings. The top sits firmly in lace because of the clamps they supply and the special double sided tape. I can highly recommend this product and it is sold at a very good price and exclusive to Goodguys.

I like the safe settings. You'd press two seconds to turn it on. 9 gears to heat up or down.
