Great machine but has a lot of design flaws that really let it down. Handles on the grill plate impede using the entire plate as they are tilted in. The basket for air frying has low cut outs for handles instead of a front handle which makes it awkward to remove, which in turn makes it hard to shake items during cooking. The cutouts also mean when you cooking things like chips they fall out of the cutouts, simple fix would be solid basket with raised handles. It grills pretty well and cooks like most airfryers and it doesn’t take up much room on the bench which is great. We are a family of 5 and it works for us. It would be excellent if they fixed those design flaws though.

Took a few tries to get timing & temp right but air fried potato gems are so soft on the inside & crunchy on the outside - YUM. I can preheat the grill & cook the gems in less time than it takes to preheat my oven - so quick. Still trial & error for grilling. Yet to try dehydrating, baking or roasting. Very easy to clean. Instructions to convert oven cooking to air frying would be handy as cooking 2 pieces of crumbed fish In the oven takes about an hour by the time it heats up. Overall: Very happy.

I have been using my Ninja constantly for 3 months. As a single person I can cook a complete meal all at once in 15-20 minutes with all parts of Ninja going straight into the dish washer! Great.It is also small enough for me to travel with it and cook very popular chips for my Grandchildren. I have mostly used the grill function as I can cook a variety of vegetables and protein together. The grill function also cooks meat to perfection without having to go outside to b-b-q. I have recommended Ninja to all my friends who are very impressed with the meals I have cooked for them.

Really enjoying this air fryer/grill. It preheats super quickly and the air frying function is great. I’ve also roasted veggies, baked biscuits and the grill has been pretty smokeless so far, even with marinated meat.

If you want to be able to bbq/grill quickly inside your kitchen and be able to clean up with ease, then this grill will completely surprise you with its capabilities. I am totally amazed with the grill marks and mouth watering grilled meat and veg. It’s so quick, I thought no way this is cooked , but yes it was and so delicious. P.s. Love the way the appliance knows when to add the food as the grill is at the right temperature.

The Ninja Foodi Health Grill & Air Fryer AG301UK is a good option for anyone wanting a dual-purpose machine. It combines the features of an air fryer and grilling machine, so you can cook your chips using the fry mode but grill your meat or vegetables. The results in all the cooking modes were excellent. It’s compact so won’t take up too much room on your counter, and stylish so you’ll be happy leaving it out on display. However, it is rather noisy and takes a while to pre-heat.
