I love everything about this camera BUT, The picture quality is not very good for my use. This has 16 pixels. The camera I replace this one for was Identical except 20 pixels
I have been used to the smaller coolpix for years, small as they are I have great videos and pictures still on my computer. This time when people tell me cameras are fazing out for mobile pics I still think that to get a whole load of pictures to keep or upload to computer is better.
I was concerned that my other Coolpix camera was getting old and I didn't want to miss a chance to get good pictures on my recent vacation. Especially because I was traveling with family and friends who insisted that I make a photo album from the trip.

I bought this for my Grandaughter and she loves it !! She has a keen interest in photography so this will be a great starter camera for her ! Who knows maybe one day she will be a famous photographer !!
I bought this with a view to taking photos of stock, it looked so good in the catalogue pictures. To say that I was disappointed upon receipt is an understatement. My old camera (which this was designed to replace) looks and acts 10 times better than this.
I wanted an inexpensive camera that took AA batteries. The display quality isn't the best but when the photos are uploaded/printed they are fine. Light, easy to use. Great little camera. Doesn't feel cheap. When you order it, it asks you to buy batteries as an extra.
Good pictures, great size/weight. Only complaints are when pictures are downloaded, the picture number does not reset to zero and when viewing pictures on the camera, the picture number is not displayed.
We wanted a small camera that had nice pics and this camera proved to be an excellent choice. easy to slip in a pocket and beautiful pics. Would advise anyone, even a beginner in photography to purchase the Coolpix A10.
