Works for me and was on sale.
Working well so far. All I needed was an unmanaged router so all the advanced features I'm not using right now, i've Always trusted the Netgear name and they haven't let me down.

Metal 8 port ethernet gigabit switch
High quality switch. Got it to replace sisiter in laws cheap junk plastic switch that failed. Just saw that it went on sale today for $20 less than I paid for it. That is a huge discount on a $37 item. Oh well, had to buy it when I needed it. Stll happy with item that works and is rock solid!

Easy and Works
Very affordable 8 port gigabit switch. Needed this to expand/replace an old D-link from 2002. Conveniently the power adapter was the same helping to alleviate any need for routing cabling through the entertainment unit, just unplugged the old unit and plugged in the new Netgear.
