After using it for about 2 weeks. I am happy to say that I really enjoy doing laundry more than before. At first I was a little bit worry that the cloth feels a bit moisture when the cycle completed. I programmed the drying level up according to the menu and now every load I just use Normal dry and the cloth dry as they should. The cloth feels softer and not damaged. I am very happy with my purchase.

Like all Miele products, it’s fabulous. It dries without shrinking clothes and there are a lot of settings to choose from. I like the scented cartridge that makes the clothes smell fabulous. Quiet when in use

Nice machine, dries everything nicely and quickly, Just make sure you clean filter after school load.

Very quiet and so much more gentle on the washing than my old Miele dryer, quite amazing the difference.
