I bought this in Canberra store brilliant vacuum cleaner full power sucks the rubber back carpet of the floor. Hepa filter easy to move,long cord, not heavy to hold,a variety of on board tools and it seriously cleans. I don't mind vacuming but this turns it into a pleasure. Worth the money, gets rid of dog hair no problem no smell afterwards

I purchased this vacuum after a family friend recommendation. It is a very sturdy, well built vacuum. Amazing suction even at the lowest suction level. This vacuum is far more superior to any Dyson vacuum I have used. It is a costly purchase however a great show of you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

I had great online service from JB Hifi! and this vacuum is something else. I tossed up between the convenience of a Dyson and the Miele and so glad I went for this.

So far it’s been a great vacuum. String suction and quiet motor

unit ran well to start but started to fail on power adjustment after warranty period ran out sometimes would not start and other times would run beautify then got to the stage that it would sit there and the lights on the power control board would only flash and nothing would run. of course the warranty had expired about 6 months before this problem started. so have this morning tossed it in the bin felt it was very expensive for the time it lasted.
