I purchased 4 or 5 of these for my users for Skype. After about 6 months 3 of them now render the video with a VERY annoying green hue. The sound quality is good but doesn't justify the price. If you want a GOOD quality HD webcam for about $20 cheaper, go with the Logitech C310.

The picture quality of this camera exceeds my expectation. I am recording educational presentations and this camera is flawlessly meeting my needs. Installation of this product on my comp laptop computer was simple and error free.

Made in China (where else). Bought it in August 2011 for only 500 SEK on CDon. I do not like Microsoft as a company but in this case I can only admit: well done Microsoft! + Can be screwed onto the tripod + Rubber-coated plate can be angled / bent, very easy to place, for example, you can set a book...

its ok you can buy cheaper from elsewhere needed in a hurry and didn't have cash upfront but it does the job and cant complain too much would probably say a tiny bit overpriced

Great resolution with clear video. Has a wide angle to get the whole conference room on cam. The built in mic as good audio pickup and no noise. The mount allows for many configuration to get the right view.

Works OK, won't stop trying to make everything on your PC use it's mic. Video quality is OK (Logitech C920 is way better) on Skype etc. White balance is way off as well. All around an OK web cam.

The image quality is amazing. Especially in low light. Much better than the Logitech c920 and c930e.

This webcam takes good video at a reasonable price. The integrated microphone picks up pretty good, with little background noise. The only complaint I have is that when recording video with an external mic, the sound doesn't align with the video.

This LifeCam Studio is ok. It says its 1080p but I don't see much of a clarity of 1080p on video. Additionally, Microsoft could have sent and update for it to record in 1080p without using up too much memory.
