Optics are fine for chatting (used with skype) and the resolution is great. Its not going to adequately capture a room, but thats not what this is designed for. Relative to the feature set I've noticed that many of these cameras are relatively large (ie: not discreet).

I have no idea why I have waited so long to get this device. It was easy to set up and then connect with Skype. It works perfectly: both sound and video is very good quality.

Can't go wrong...simple to install...very compact...and the price is right.

I bought this camera to scan QR codes. They decided to remove the ability to auto-focus so I cannot get a accurate scan. There is a auto-focus box to select, just nothing happens when I try and select it. Waisted a lot of time trying to get this to work.

This is a great cheap webcam for normal use, it lacks auto focus which can be a good thing because most cheap autofocus can be terrible. Good design, awesome mounting and software is very easy to use.

Great quality HD webcam for a cheap price. It's easy enough to set up and disagreeing with a previous review; I think the software that comes with it is great.

Just plug into USB port and you are ready. Picture quality is awesome. It does a very serious work!!! Even whispers can be heard in it. !! No more words. Blindly go for it.

Just plug it in and start using, its perfect for skype, the one thing i would say is there are no instructions with the camera and i had to search the internet for software.

Got 4 of these on sale recently so we can video chat with vendors via Skype. Video/sound quality is great, camera looks modern and stylish, and the flexible mounting can grab onto all the various monitors we have.
