I have no idea why I have waited so long to get this device. It was easy to set up and then connect with Skype. It works perfectly: both sound and video is very good quality.

This is a great cheap webcam for normal use, it lacks auto focus which can be a good thing because most cheap autofocus can be terrible. Good design, awesome mounting and software is very easy to use.

In my role as a software project manager, we have a requirement to write ID badge software so that our students are easily identifiable and also to comply with safeguarding legislation. Over the years we have captured the photograph for these ID cards with many different types of webcam.

Just plug into USB port and you are ready. Picture quality is awesome. It does a very serious work!!! Even whispers can be heard in it. !! No more words. Blindly go for it.

auto focus, sharpness, wide angle and built-in microphone are the best features of this webcam. I tried the movie maker capability with great results!

now used once in a few hours. works just fine. have nothing to compare to earlier though. effects that come with the feeling that most fun thing for those who are a bit younger. However, there is greyscale, sepia and some others which I can see as useful. works well in the dark as well as light.

I bought this camera to scan QR codes. They decided to remove the ability to auto-focus so I cannot get a accurate scan. There is a auto-focus box to select, just nothing happens when I try and select it. Waisted a lot of time trying to get this to work.

Optics are fine for chatting (used with skype) and the resolution is great. Its not going to adequately capture a room, but thats not what this is designed for. Relative to the feature set I've noticed that many of these cameras are relatively large (ie: not discreet).
