I get madden every year because I love NFL, but the recurring theme of it being a the same game has been prevalent for the last 4 years. It’s not necessarily a bad game, but far from a good game. And when there’s no changes from the previous versions, it makes more sense to buy an older and cheaper game than this. It was previously rated 0.4/100 mainly because of this reason and I can’t agree more.

More garbage from EA. Copy and paste from previous years. Full of glitches and bugs, a recent update removed Kickoffs because the game is so broken when they attempt to fix an issue they break something else. If you play online they game doesn’t require any skill because of the ‘pay to win’ mentality of ultimate team, the deeper your pockets the better team you have which is not enjoyable at all. Franchise has been stripped bare and if you’re familiar with the series madden from 15 years ago had plenty more features and replay ability.

I honestly havent bought a madden game since around the 17 mark and tbh it feels the same, nothing really new for me that ive noticed, the story mode is fun, the celebrations when getting a 1st down or scoring a touchdown is fun and new but the game all round isnt really an upgrade, there are glitchs and bugs that need to be fixed in the game with kicking and punting, i would recommend this game if you havent got a madden game or are new to madden but if you have the last couple of maddens i wouldnt bother unless you gotta catch em all.

As a American, growing up watching, playing the games both actual sport and video game. I’ve always loved football. Now as for review, I’ve seen heard mixed reviews. But I genuinely enjoyed playing madden 21, I loved the new features such as ‘The Yard’ which brought a arcade style of football, which reminded me of some the older football games on retro consoles. Now gameplay, felt smooth, everything felt great. If new to the game or a fan of sport/game series, I’d highly recommend getting a copy of Madden 21, it’s great fun.

I bought this a few weeks and I’m really enjoying it and the Saints are a good side in it
