I ordered this product about one month ago while in hospital, it was ready for collection very quickly and my partner picked it up easily . It is a great product and is serving me well at present.

The laptop delivers what it promises, I can't tell otherwise. However, it is important to know a few things before you buy: - The USB-C port is a fake: it doesn't support either video output or charging. That means, you can't plug this thing into a USB-C dock station to improve your setup; This is not stated anywhere in the specification, and got me very frustrated. - The position of the charging cable was not well thought out. Bought this laptop as a fill in for my desktop gaming pc while we had moved out of the house for a renovation. Ran all games I threw at it well and didn't notice any obvious issues. I steered clear of the likes of Warzone etc. but for Xbox Game Pass etc. it played everything I needed it to. Fast loading with the SSD and happy overall. The main disappointing feature which isn't too much of an issue is that the battery will only last 1 hour max even if not gaming. so far so good. runs very well. picture is clear. plays some graphic demanding games. battery life seems to be the only downfall. even just doing minimal tasks, emails, ect. battery life is short lived.
