Nice mouse for the price - but failed after eight weeks.

All in all, for a mouse, it's a good investment at the price. I'd buy it again. It's nice an responsive, perhaps a touch too responsive at times, but that can be tweaked with settings. I'm not a big fan of HAVING to download 3P software for every peripheral.

* 8 Buttons * Fluid switching on responsiveness * Good size for my somewhat large hands * LED isn't intrusive; but nice muted slightly blue glow

* Extremely light - I do prefer a bit more weight or heft to my mouse * Middle click seems to register two inputs with a single click; Probably a setting, but an annoying default; * Had to download the Logitech software to stop the LEDs from doing the annoying "breathing" mode (fade in and fade out)...

Good Purchase

Great mouse. I don't use it for gaming but love the ergonomic fit and programmable keys which I've put to use. I have used quite a few mice in my time and this one is a keeper.

Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury

Gaming mice may be a dime a dozen, but they aren't all created equal. The Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury ($59.99) plants itself in the better half of the bunch, with a feature set that enhances gameplay without overwhelming you with buttons, and a price that doesn't send your credit card whimpering...

Simple, yet sophisticated, design; Healthy feature set doesn't overwhelm

Right-handed only; You only get the full feature set on a Windows PC

Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury Gaming Mouse

I've reviewed a couple gaming mice here on Run Around Tech, from the Logitech G602, Logitech G700s, and the SteelSeries Sensai. Overall, I've had great experiences with all of the mice I've reviewed, but getting your gaming great precisely right is incredibly important if you play a lot of games on…

Incredible tracking; comfortable; attractive design

Scroll wheel isn't as solid as Logitech's other offerings

Excellent

It is a very nice mouse to use, with the grips in the right place. I like the custom buttons, but technically there are actually only 2, becuase there are 2 dpi buttons, and a target button, slows down the mouse to get a better aim in games.

Good Mouse ! Not Great, Good !

I have been an ardent CS player for some time now and have moved from a Razer Diamondback to a Steelseries RAW Sensei, and now this ! ( Over like 10 years ! ) So lets make this clear, this is not an el primo mouse, it wasn't meant to be ! But at its price range, its possibly the best pick.

Solid gaming mouse

A solid and very affordable (I got it for about $48, it's been on sale for much cheaper too) gaming mouse from Logitech, it's still working after over a year of use.

- Many buttons to customize; - High DPI with lights to indicate what DPI setting you're using; - Multiple profiles avaiable to be set; Light to indicate which profile is being used; - Excellent sensor; - Still works

- The big 'G' light is kind of annoying; thankfully it can be turned off in software; - No 'hyper scroll' wheel; - LGS software can sometimes be limiting and buggy

Logitech Hyperion Fury Review-Click, Click, Boom

First-person shooter (FPS) gamers require a mouse with a very specific set of features, which don't necessarily correspond with those of all-purpose or massively multiplayer online (MMO) mice. FPS titles call for a minimalist aesthetic and on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment, for example.

Innovative; comfortable design; Fantastic software; Just enough buttons; Reasonable price

No discrete X/Y-axis DPI; Not ideal for non-FPS titles

Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury Gaming Mouse

Ever moved your mouse so rapidly that the cursor skips across the screen? Apparently, this happens when the mouse sensor is unable to track properly because you are moving it too fast.To solve this problem, which may affect some elite gamers playing first-person shooting (FPS) games, Logitech has...
