Bottom line, this is a great web cam. It does come with a tripod screw hole and is a good plug and play item. I do have USB 3.0 and the camera is rated for USB 2.0 and works fine in that port. I thought this camera would take advantage of that higher speed.

The C930e is a great web cam; I am very satisfied with the resolution it shows with objects close and in the distance; Everything is clear and crisp; If you move fast, the camera will show a slight blur but it doesn't pixel out like most others; The sound quality is good and is recorded in stereo.

I haven't seen any cons as of yet; As compared to many other web cams this one blows them away; But I have read that it is better to use a dual core processing computer; If you use something less then there will be some video loss; I cannot confirm this

Plug And Play friendly with my Windows 7 HP Laptop the moment you plug in the USB cable. I found that downloading the bare-minimum software from Logitech was necessary for controlling zoom and tilt features, which was also a smooth operation.

The quality of the captured image is very good, the lag is quite low, and the colour balance is accurate

I bought this last week to replace my iSight. It worked as soon as I connected it to my Mac Pro/10.9 with no problem. FaceTime, Skype and Viber recognize the Logitech C930e . image quality, color and wide view is very good.
