Opened the package to find no disk with drivers or program. The pamphlet in the package explained that I should download the software from the Logitech website. When I tried to do this, I got a message saying that Logitech had discontinued the service of supplying a download!

The Logitech webcam c310 is 5-megapixel with excellent result. Installation is quick and I established video chats using number of programs including Skype, Google Chat, Windows Live Messenger and more with no problems.

Okay so my mom bought this for me as a Christmas present some time ago. At first I absolutely loved it because I had never owned one before..until I realized the quality of it. The quality is somewhat good but not as good as I had hoped.

I would've had the camera have a little higher to make it to where it clears the screen. I have to adjust the camera up when I'm not using it because that's the only way I can see the entire screen. Would prefer a clip to mount or something to hold it when adjusting the camera.

simple installation (only driver and then youre basically done) has controller software (not that fancy; only zooms in and moves around the screen) reliable

covers the top part of my screen (about 1.5 cm) camera is really easy to knock off when adjusting it

While the image the camera shows is great, I have had one glitch with it not wanting to work. But since has worked fine and hopefully this will just be a glitch and nothing more. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

Bought this for my home so that mom and dad can talk with me on Skype while I'm away. It's been working great so far. Video quality is very good. The only thing is the cam clamp stopped working after 3 months. I recommend this.
