It did jam on the first copy while printing, but not since. I hope this doesn't become a problem.

The setup was a breeze; I had downloaded the newest drivers from their website, which is easy to navigate and find what I needed

The interface could use some work; Others had mentioned there is a lag of when you press the button to when it acknowledges it; This causes some double entries, since you push the button again, and then it comes in a second later.

Comments about Lexmark X464de 4 in 1: I use this printer and scanner in our office and while it produces quality scans/copies and is easy to use, it can be painfully slow. Often when you press one of the buttons on the touch screen you have to wait anywhere from 20 seconds to one full minute for it...

Purchase this printer in Dec, and I have had to had it serviced 2 times during the first month and then almost monthly since then, In a small busy office I can not afford to be down for a day or two. The problem is when you spend [$] you expect a reliable workhorse.

The printer is of great quality, but it is not wireless. I did not understand the network description fully when studying to find a printer for our small business. After the fact, obviously, I understand it is not wireless, but a 'wired' network connection required.
